Meet the Team

We want to create a space where the community can come to receive quality treatment, stay active, and learn more about their health and wellbeing. We also aim to help build up other organisations that are trying to support the community.

“We're here to help you fall in love with your body and how it moves, reducing pain and improving independence. We'll meet you where you're at and help you get to where you'd rather be.” - Amy Nealon (Founder)

    PHYSIO

I am a local Stawell girl who after finishing Year 12 headed straight to Australian Catholic University in Ballarat, and completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2023. My main passions lie within the sporting population around injury prevention and management, with special interest in the shoulder and knee.

I will be accepting private, Medicare, TAC, Workcover, NDIS, home care packages and DVA referrals. I also have interests in pilates and will be running pilates classes a few times a week with challenges and modifications for all skill levels.

In my spare time outside of the clinic, I like to live a healthy and fit lifestyle where you may see me walking around or at the gym. I also enjoy playing netball on the weekends and as often as I can heading down to the beach for an ocean swim.

    PHSYIO

I’ve come to Stawell from Queensland, but I’ve lived all over the place. Melbourne, Uluru, the USA, the Middle-East…

I worked in sports coaching and strength and conditioning before I became a physio, so I really enjoy working with active people who want to keep playing their favourite sports.

To me, no one should have to live with pain. That’s why I do what I do; I want to help you live your strongest, healthiest, best-est life.

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

I grew up and in Stawell and after taking a gap year headed off to Charles Sturt University in Albury, NSW where I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2005. Since this time I have worked in the Public Health system in Horsham and Stawell and now decided it’s time for a change and to hit the private sector.

I have a keen interest in aged care and disability and have years of experience in home modifications and equipment prescription, and in recent years have worked in a Case Management and Aged Care Assessments. I have an interest in all areas and all ages of OT and love the variety that the profession brings. I am now keen to widen my scope of practice and explore new opportunities in the OT space.

I’ve been back living in Stawell for the past 17 years and am married with two daughters who keep me on my toes with all the usual after school and weekend sporting activities. In my spare time you are likely to see me out on the streets running or walking my pet labradors.

    PHYSIO & FOUNDER

I grew up and studied in Melbourne. When I finished my degree I moved to Stawell with a job offer and no idea what to expect.

Since then I’ve worked across a range of areas and in a range of settings. My passion lies in helping people get moving and help my patients live their best lives. To reduce pain, improve movement and maximise independence.

Knowledge is power and learning how your body works and what you can do to help it be the best it can be is key.
